General Questions
Sew Happy will brand any product that we do not stock, at an additional cost. We pride ourselves in quality products and excellent service, as our standards are exctremely high. We strive to provide the best results for our clients by using quality materials.
Do you deliver outside of george?
Yes, we deliver nationally. We charge a delivery fee for clients who choose not to collect at our shop.
Where are you based?
Sew Happy Factory is based in Conville, George, and the Retail Shop is based at Shop No 9, George Arcade, 71 Hibernia Street, George
Do you offer lay-by?
Yes, we offer a 3 month Lay-By option. Items will be branded and ready for collection after the last instalment has been made.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
No, our clients can order any quantity. Setup and Branding applies whether they order one item or ten thousand.

Collect in Store
Clients in and around George are welcome to order online and collect in store.
Door to Door
We do offer the convenience of having your parcel delivered to your door at an additional cost.
Free Delivery
We offer free delivery to all orders larger than R10’000. Please enquire when ordering.
international delivery
Should you wish to have your parcel sent overseas, please request a quote.
Report A Damaged Item
Simply email us an image of the items damaged together with your order number and we will assign a team member to investigate the matter.
Return a Package
All return requests need to be made via email stating the reason as well as the order number and a team member will respond within 48 hours.
Track A Package
You will receive a waybill number when your purchase has been processed and the parcel has been sent. Simply track your package online.
